The common irritating thing during pregnancy is lower back pain. No? The fatal pain on your low back may rule out your daily work routine. You feel pain when sit for long time, lift things, walk for a while and bend. So, you skip these activities during pregnancy. Still, skipping these activities may result you any adverse effect. Genuinely understand the low back pain in pregnancy and find the way to relieve the pain effectively is the best thing to do when you got this pregnancy lower back pain.

Understand Pain in Pregnancy
Pain in pregnancy isn’t affect you only, there are almost 75% of pregnant mothers are suffering from lower back pain during pregnancy. Generally, it occurs after 6 months of pregnancy, but women with earlier history of lower back pain start to feel the pain as early as 02 months of pregnancy.
When it comes to the factors behind pregnancy pain, increasing weight comes first. Growing uterus causing you to carry more weight than usual and it moves out your gravity center. Besides, plays its part in changing your posture. So, you put more strain on your back. Simultaneously, hormonal changes also come into the action. Relaxin, a hormone is released by your body to soften your body ligaments. Then only, your baby can come out through the narrow pelvic canal. This hormone works hard on your sacroiliac joints; these joints have large and tough ligaments in the pelvic area.
There are two patterns have been identified in the low back pain during pregnancy:
- Lumbar pain: This pain can be felt by you at your waist level at the middle of your back. Like a normal back pain earlier you had.
- Posterior pelvic pain: More prevalent pattern of back pain in pregnant. Normally you’ll feel the pain at the bottom of waistline or sides. This type of pain pushes you to skip some regular activities as mentioned above and which can be severed with inappropriate posture, sitting, walking and lifting.
