What should I eat in pregnancy? This is might be a question in your mind during pregnancy. There is nothing special to eat in pregnancy. Just add enough Protein, carbohydrates, Calcium, Iron, Vit A, C, B6, B12, D, Folic Acid and Limited amount of fat are essential to stabilized a healthy baby. Some foods to avoid during pregnancy as they prone to carry a small risk of infection or high level of chemicals could cause birth defects. Such as,
- Soft and sterilized cheeses,
- Unpasteurized milk or Juices,
- Raw eggs or foods contain raw eggs,
- Raw, partially cooked and persevered meat.
- Mercury concentrated fish (shark, swordfish, king mackerel, and tile fish)
- Unwashed vegetables.
There is no a safe amount of alcohol to consume during pregnancy and consuming of this substance can lead to fetal alcoholic syndrome.
Stop smoking and caffeine.
Strictly be safe in cleaning the litter box of pets like cat. Toxoplasmosis cause by a parasite generally a mild infection with flu like symptoms can lead to miss courage and birth defects.
